Les Dickert (Lighting Design). Recent projects include TempOdyssey for Summer Play Festival, Madagascar for SPF and Adirondack Theater Festivals, and Folia for Tulsa Ballet. Les has designed the lighting for a broad range of international dance and regional theater, including the Edinburgh International Festival, Sadler's Wells, Teatro Argentina, International Buda Stage, MC93 Paris, Izmir Dance Festival. Triad Stage, GeVa Theater, Syracuse Stage, Great Lakes Theater Festival, Idaho Shakespeare, Milwaukee Shakespeare, Adirondack Theater Festival, Tulsa Ballet, Westchester Ballet, and Portland Stage. One of his personal highlights was designing several pieces for White Oak Dance Project, collaborating with artists such as Mikhail Baryshnikov, Lucinda Childs, Mark Morris, Trisha Brown, Yvonne Rainer, Steve Paxton, and Richard Move. Les has collaborated with Eleanor Holdridge since 1994, most recently on Julius Caesar at Milwaukee Shakespeare. He is a graduate of the Yale School of Drama.
