Kiki Smith (Costume Design) most recently designed costumes this summer for The Promise and The Mission of Jane, adapted from Edith Wharton short stories at Shakespeare & Co. in Lenox, MA. She is a founding member of the company, having designed over 25 productions over the past quarter century. This past January, she designed costumes for her fifth production with the Talking Band, Belize, produced at La MaMa E.T.C. In 2003, she won an OBIE award for her designs for Talking Band's production of A Painted Snake in a Painted Chair. She has designed for the Sandglass Theater, the Company of Women and other New England regional theatres and choreographers. She is a Professor of Theatre at Smith College.
